Data Deletion Instructions

Your data, your choice. We respect your right to delete your personal information. This page explains how to permanently remove your FitCut account and all associated data.

Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the FitCut app:

  1. 1 Open the FitCut app on your device
  2. 2 Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the navigation)
  3. 3 Select Privacy & Data from the settings menu
  4. 4 Scroll down to the Delete Account section (shown in red)
  5. 5 Tap Delete My Account
  6. 6 Read the warning carefully, then type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
  7. 7 Tap Permanently Delete Account to confirm

Immediate deletion: When you delete your account in-app, your data is removed immediately from our systems.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email:

Please include the following information in your email:

Processing time: We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

In certain cases, we may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Subscription & Billing

Important: Deleting your FitCut account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately before or after deleting your account.

To cancel your subscription:

If you subscribed via Apple App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find FitCut and tap Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed via Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find FitCut and tap Cancel subscription

If you subscribed via our website (Stripe):

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in the app or website
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Plan

Connected Services

If you connected third-party services to FitCut, you may want to revoke access separately:

Withdrawal of Consent

If you want to withdraw consent for specific data processing without deleting your entire account:

  1. Open the FitCut app
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data
  3. Use the toggles to disable Analytics or Marketing Communications
  4. Your preferences will be updated immediately

Note: Withdrawing health data consent may affect your ability to use core app features. If you withdraw health data consent, some or all features may stop working, and you may need to delete your account to fully stop processing.
